Donald Adams

Donald joins Bard for his sixth season. Previous roles include Shylock in The Merchant of Venice, Pistol in Henry V, Gremio in The Taming of the Shrew, Worcester in Henry IV, Part One and Touchstone in As You Like It. Donald has appeared across Canada at the Stratford Festival, Second City, Tarragon, Canadian Stage, Theatre Passe Muraille, Blyth Festival, the Citadel and the Belfry Theatre. Most recently, he co-created The Shakespeare Centre which provides ongoing Shakespearean training to professional actors. Donald received two Jessie Awards for his roles in Kicked (Touchstone) and Donna Flor and Her Two Husbands (Electric Company).
