EMILY PHELPS, Ashland, Oregon, Is a student at Ashland High School.During STAGE II she appeared as Peaseblossom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, which continues for the summer season. She is a member of both the Festival Acting and Dance Companies. She is participating in a new acting program which will result in the awarding of a one term scholarship to Southern Oregon College upon completion of the summer season.
