Inge Schmidt
INGE SCHMIDT is now in her fourth season as Assistant Costumer for the Festival. She is an Instructor in the Department of Speech and Drama at Long Beach State College of California, and has served as Assistant Director at the Palo Alto Childrens Theatre. It was at Chico State College that she earned her B.A. in Speech Arts. Her M.A. degree was awarded in Theatre and Drama at Stanford University. As an actress she was seen in the Festival in 1954, as Lady Teazle in School For Scandal at Chico State, and as Miranda in Stanfords1954 production of The Tempest,

INGE SCHMIDT returns for her third season with the Festival, this year as Assistant Costumer. Inge has been student assistant in Costume at Chico State College, where she received her B. A. degree, and at Stanford University, where she received her M. A. in Speech and Drama. This year she was Assistant Director at the Palo Alto Childrens Theatre, where she directed one production, but was primarily concerned with the design, execution and general supervision of costumes.
