Description
Made in Austria by Pathé Frères, this film, which is listed in the Wiesbaden filmography (104), was apparently equipped with some kind of sound accompaniment. The Russian title cards show the international flavor of silent films, which were recycled for export simply by splicing in title cards in the appropriate language. Originally the titles of this film were in German. Often rare prints such as this one show up in remote places and find their way back to the archives of other countries
