J. Steven White

J. STEVEN WHITE, Bloomington, Illinois (Carpenter Scholarship) is a senior Drama major at Southern Met University where he was the first undergraduate Bob Hope scholar. He played Edmund in King Lear, with Morris Carnovsky. For the Margo Jones Experimental Theatre in Dallas, he directed The Mandrake. This is his third season with the Festival Acting Company and his second as Combat Choreographer. Among his Festival roles are Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet and Sebastian in Twelfth Night. For STAGE II he was a Player in Under Milk Wood. He also played William Roper in A Man for All Seasons and Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream, which continue for the summer season.
