SCOTT VAN FOSSEN, Eug-ene, Oreg-on, this fall enters Lane Community Colleg-e, majoring in Music and Drama. He is a recent graduate of South Eug-ene Hig-h School where he played El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Marquis de Sade in Marat/Sade and Mr. Bumble in Oliver! He has sung- tenor in Madrigral g-roups and choirs for the past seven years. This is his first season with the Festival
