Robert Towers

ROBERT TOWERS, of Los Angeles, received his Associate in Theatre at Santa Monica City College and his B.A. in Motion Pictures at UCLA. Active in theatre since the age of six, he has undertaken a variety of roles, including Scrubby in Outward Bound, Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night and Bernie Dodd in County Girl with the Santa Monica Players, and Joe in Detective Story at UCLA. He recently appeared in the motion picture Encore. A Fulbright applicant, he hopes to study at the Bristol Old Vic.

ROBERT TOWERS of Los Angelas, Calif., returning for his second Festival season, was cast last year as The Fool in King Lear, Verges in Much Ado A bout Nothing, and Alexander in Troilus and Cressida. He received the A.A. degree at Santa Monica College and a B.A. in Motion Pictures at UCLA. With the Santa Monica Players he has played Bernie Dodd in Country Girl; at UCLA he was Joe Feinson in Detective Story; for the Three Arts Theatre in Hollywood he played Nat Danziger in The Big Knife. He has also appeared on NBC television on Teleteen Reporter and on the CBS-TV production Learning 52,
