Tom R. Ryan

TOM R. RYAN, JR., of Denver Colo., is Assistant Stage Manager for the Festival. He received his B.A. in Theatre at the University of Denver, where he studied with Dr. Campton Bell, and has done graduate work at Columbia. While in New York he studied with Jose Quintero and served as Production Stage Manager for Barnard College's staging of Finnegans Wake. He has also stage managed Don Giovanni and Babar the Elephant at the University of Washington in 1955, served as Assistant Stage Manager for the Central City Opera Festival in 1954, and acted as Technical Assistant at the South Shore Music Circus in Massachusetts. After his first Festival season he will attend Yale graduate school in Directing.

He earned his B.A. in Theatre at the University of Denver as a student of Dr. Campton Bell and has done graduate work at Columbia.
