WILLIAM ROYSTON, Bristol, England, comes to the Festival from the University of Georgia where he is a graduate assistant in Theatre. His B.A. degree in Drama, English, and Latin is from Bristol University. At Bristol, he has been seen in the title role of James IV, and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet. He has appeared at the University of Georgia as Shylock in The Merchant of Venice and as General St. Pe' in Waltz of the Toreadors,
