Joel Riggs

JOEL RIGGS, Ft. Stockton, Tex., is in his first Ashland season. With the Globe Theatre in San Diego, Calif., he played Polonius in Hamlet and in the Milton Leech production of As You Like It at the Texas Western Play Festival he appeared as Touchstone. Under the direction of B. Iden Payne at the University of Texas, he was Puck in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Pompey in Measure For Measure, and the Gravedigger in Hamlet. He has studied with Michael Redgrave, John Neville, and Herbert Berghof.
