Mary Jo Randall
MARY JO RANDALL, Kansas City, Mo., received her B.A. in French and English at College of St. Teresa in Kansas City, and this fall will be a graduate student in Speech and Drama at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. At Kansas City University she has played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, the title role in Phedre, and Miranda in The Tempest Her roles at Rockhurst College include Sabina in The Skin of Our Teeth, Leah in The Dybbuk, and Elizabeth in The Circle, She has also studied at the University of Laval in Quebec and in Europe.

MARY JO. RANDALL is well remembered by Ashland audiences for her portrayals of Katherine in Henry VIII, Rosalind in As You Like It, and Emilia in Othello during the 1957 season. Since that time she has completed her M.F.A. degree at Catholic University in Washing-ton, D.C., where she played such roles as Portia in The Merchant of Venice, Jocasta in Oedipus, and Arsinoe in The Misanthrope. At the University of Kansas City she has been seen in the title role of Phedre, and as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. With an acting company from Catholic University, through the auspices of the governments cultural exchange program, she toured 13 South American countries giving-53 performances in 26 cities.
