JUDITH OFFORD, Berkeley, Calif., who is in her eighthFestival season, returns this year as Assistant to Festival Choreographer Shirlee Dodge. In Ashland she appeared as the Duke of York in Richard III and the First Fairy in A Midsummer Nights Dream.
