Elizabeth McAninch

ELIZABETH McANlNCH, Trent, Texas (Chautauqua Acting Fellow) earned a B.A. at Texas Tech University and has done graduate work at Southern Illinois University. At Texas Tech, she was seen as Lady Anne in Richard I If and Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire. Her casting at Southern Illinois University included the roles of Ellie Bachman in The Great White Hope and Anne Rut-ledge in Mr. Highpockets. For the Champlain Shakespeare Festival she played the Courtesan in The Comedy of Errors. She appeared in the 1971 Festival staging of U.S.A. and was cast as Christine Marlowe in Room Service and Sara Tansey in The Playboy of the Western World for this Spring's Festival/STAGE II.
