Peter Maslan

PETER MASLAN, Seattle, Washington (Skyline Foundation Incorporated Scholarship), Designer-Technical Director for the Sacramento Civic Theatre, is a graduate of the University of Washington and received his M.A. in Drama from San Francisco State College. The set he designed for the 1968 San Francisco State production of The Bacchae appeared in a Life Magazine article on the theatre. At San Francisco State he served as Technician in the productions of Othello, Him, Peer Gynt, and The Knack and designed sets for Le C'ld., Timon of Athens, and The Recruiting Officer, This is his second season as Senior Technician for the Festival, he is also Set Designer for the musical Lock Uf Your Daughters.

PETER MASLAN, kittle, Washington, earned his B.A. in Drama at the University of Washington and is now a graduate student and part time instructor of painting and theatre graphics at San Francisco State College. Joining the Festival production staff for his first season as Senior Technician, he includes among his experience a summer as Assistant to Designer Peter Wingate at the Seattle Repertory Theatre. His design credits include San Francisco State productions of Le Cid, Timon of Athens, The Recruiting Officer, and Jet of Blood, as well as Euridice at the University of Washington. He has also worked with a creative dramatics program for blind children at Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.
