JOAN KUGELL of Natick, Massachusetts, and formerly a Drama student at Carnegie Institute of Technology, transferred this year to the University of Texas. There she played Jennet in The Lady's Not for Burning, Jane in Brigadoon, the title role in Miss Julie and Moth in Lovers Labour's Lost, a role she is repeating this summer. In her first Festival season last year she appeared as Hermia in A Midsumer Night's Dream and Helena in All's Well that Ends Well,
