DAN JOHNSON, Union, Michigan, returns to the Festival as a member of the Festival acting company and make-up coordinator. He received his Masters from the University of Oregon,ii where he played Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Chaucer in Canterbury Tales. For the Lane County Auditorium Assoc. he was Ben Franklin in their production of 1776. Previous Festival roles include Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream and the Second Witch in MacBeth.

DAN JOHNSON, Kalamazoo, Michigan, is a Speech and English graduate of Western Michigan University where he appeared as Reverend Mort in Eh? With the New Vie in Kalamazoo, he was named Best Supporting Actor for his role as Polyte Ie More in Irma la Douce. A graduate student in Theatre at the University of Oregon, he has appeared there as Lysander in A Midsummer Niqht's Dream and Sancho Panza in Man of La Mancha. With the Festival this spring he portrayed Mr. Witherspoon in Arsenic and Old Lace and Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream, which continues for the summer season.
