Claude Jenkins

CLAUDE JENKINS, San Diego, Calif., in Ashland for his second season, held the title role in the Festivas 1954 production of Hamlet. His B.F.A. was awarded at Carnegie Institute of Technology, where he was seen as Antony in Antony and Cleopatra. While a Fulbright scholar at the Bristol Old Vic in England, he played Petruchio in the University of Bristols production of Taming of the Shrew and appeared at the Chekov Theatre, Devonshire, in an adaptation of Shakespeares poem The Rape of Lucrece. This fall he will be assistant director at San Diego's NBC affiliate KFSD-TV.
