NAGLE JACKSON, Walla Walla, Wn., is in his second Ashland season, having appeared here last summer as Speed in The Two Gentlemen of Verona. At Whitman College, where he was an undergraduate in French and English, he has been seen as Nathan in Guys and Dolls, Face in The Alchemist, and has frequently staged his own one-man revue of monologues and song'. He has also toured the Northwest states with the Summer Circle Players. This fall, on a Fulbright scholarship, he will study Mime in Paris at Ecole Etienne Decroux,

NAGLE JACKSON, a Senior French and English major at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Wn., is in Ashland for his first season. At Whitman he has performed the roles of Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet the Judge in Trial by Jury, Face in The Alchemist, and is frequently seen in his own one-man revue of monologues and songs. Mr. Jackson has appeared with the Portsmouth Priory Players in Rhode Island as Stephano in The Tempest and has toured the Northwest in Summer Circle productions. He directs plays at Washington State Penitentiary, having staged Stalag 17 there last year.

PAUL NAGLE JACKSON, Walla Walla, Wn., is in his third Festival season, having appeared here in 1957 as Speed in The Two Gentlemen of Verona and in 1958 as Theresites in Troilus and Cressida and Launcelot Gobbo in The Merchant of Venice, Before graduating from Whitman College in Literature, he performed there as Nathan in Guys and Dolls, Face in The Alchemist, and the Judge in Trial By Jury. During the past year, with a Fulbright scholarship, he studied Mime in Paris with Etienne Decroux.

NAGLE JACKSON, New York City, returns for his seventh season, having fulfilled assignments here as actor, Equity Guest Artist, and Director. His most recent activity was a featured role with Tammy Grimes in the highly successful Los Angeles production of the Cole Porter Revue. Mr. Jackson has also appeared in special Washington, D.C., performances for President John F. Kennedy and for three years he was in the Julius Monk satiric revues at the Plaza in New York City. He has been seen on NBC^s 1967 Experiment in Television and in 1965 appeared on The Jack Parr Show, A former member of the Circle-in-the-Square Director^ Workshop with Alan Schneider, he has performed with the New York Shakespeare Festival and with the Ecole Etienne Decroux in Paris. This past season he directed the world premiere production of Lady Mary Montague^ Simplicity at Barnard College. A graduate of Whitman College, Mr. Jackson has been applauded by Festival audiences here for his characterizations in 21 productions, and this season recreates the role of Caesar in Antony and Cleopatra.
