Shakespeare in Performance: Person
Daniel Ford Beavis
Daniel Ford Beavis is pleased to be returning for his second year with the company. Since working on Hamlet last year, Daniel has been busy. He once again returned to the Banff Centre for the Arts to teach at the International Paddy Crean Stage Combat workshop, where he was lit on fire for the amusement of all. He has also taught various workshops in and around the city. He has done fight choreography for two shows at Greystone Theatre, Love and Anger and Loveplay. Most recently, he did the knife fight choreography for the opera Carmen in Saskatoon. This summer he will be returning to work at the International Stunt School in Seattle to teach for another year. Of course nothing keeps him as busy as his other life, running OShea's Irish Pub. Daniel is excited about the shows this year, working with the new people as well as the old. Finally, we can all agree that nothing says "Shakespeare" better than professional wrestling.
