Jim Baker
JIM BAKER, Conrad, Mont., makes his first appearance this summer with the Festival's acting company. A senior at the University of Montana, he has appeared there as Macbeth, Falstaff, and Doolittle in My Fair Lady. For the Big Fork Summer Playhouse, he has played Jud Fry in Oklahoma; and has been active in Montana radio and television productions as Willie in Death of a Salesman and Rochester in Jane Eyre.

JIM BAKER, ('om-ad, Montana (Festival Scholarship) returns to the Festival for his third season. In previous years he has taken the title roles in Macbeth and Volpone. He has also played Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Old Shepherd in The Winter's Tale, Thurio in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Gratiano in Othello and Edward in Henry VI, Part III. This past year, he has been employed by the Montana Repertory Theatre in Missoula.

JIM BAKER, Conrad, Montana, joins the Festival for his fourth season and his first as Equity Guest Artist. He has played eleven Festival roles including the title roles in Macbeth and Volpone, Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Thurio in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Edward in Henry the Sixth, Part Three and Gra-tiano in Othello. He was most recently with the Festival in 1969 when he played Stephano in The Tempest, Montague in Romeo and Juliet, Sir Toby Belch in Twelfth Night and the Duke of Austria in King John. Mr. Baker was on the teaching staff of the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, where he played 13 roles as a Featured Actor. Among his A.C.T. roles were Nick in The Time of Your Life, Stephano in The Tempest, Claudius in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and Baudricourt and the English Soldier from Hell in Saint Joan.
