Michael Addison
MICHAEL ADDISON was born in Johannesburg, Union of South Africa, and now lives in Venrura, Calif. This June he was awarded a B.A. in Drama at Pomona College and this fall he begins work on an M.F.A. at Tulane. While studying at Pomona he held the title role in Macbeth, played Andrew Undershaft in Major Barbara, and George Pepper in Tonight at 8:30. For nine months he produced a weekly half-hour variety program called Anything Goes on KSPC-FM.

MICHAEL ADDISON, Stanford, Calif., returns for his third Festival season, this year as Stage Manager. His Ashland acting experience has included the roles of Don John in Much Ado About Nothing and the Prince of Morocco in Merchant of Venice, both productions in 1958, and as Gadshill in 1961s Henry IV, Part I. He received his B.A. degree from Pomona College, Calif., in Drama and his M.F.A. degree in Directing from Tulane University in New Orleans. At Pomona, he was seen in the title role of Macbeth and at Tulane he appeared as Tusenback in Three Sisters, This past year at Stanford, he directed Six Characters in Search of an Author, a major season attraction.
