The TheaterThe Theater will contain a growing database of performance records, both from collections and archives of historical collections, and from current productions of participating companies, festivals, and Theater departments. As an introduction to the kinds of materials that will be made available, the site currently provides a series of illustrative pages developed from a recent production of Romeo and Juliet by the Theatre Department at the University of Victoria. Guidelines have also been established for the acquisition and display of all performance materials.The AnnexThe Annex makes available various materials in a more informal format: drafts, discussions, and non-refereed texts that will nonetheless be useful to Shakespeare scholars. At present, the Annex offers the following resources:
