SeriesThe Shakespeare Plays

As with all the plays in this BBC series, the chosen text is the 1951 Peter Alexander edition. Probably more alterations than usual took place in making this adaptation of Shakespeare's play because of the extreme complexity of the plot. An effort was made to iron out difficulties for the audience
