Shakespeare's Texts in Original Spelling

The texts record the original published versions of Shakespeare's plays, preserving as many of the physical characteristics of them as possible, including original spelling and format. These texts are in the Annex of the ISE because they have not yet been fully edited; they have, however, been electronically compared with those of the Oxford Text Archive, where one is available, and have been proofread against a facsimile or microfilm. Please report any inaccuracies to the Coordinating Editor.

These texts are being made available to scholars, teachers, and the general public for educational purposes. Copyright is retained by the Internet Shakespeare Editions; the texts may, however, be downloaded freely, so long as the copyright notice appears on any copies.
